The plumping ingredient is cinnamon oil. A good lip plumper is DuWop Lip Venom or even Wet n' Wild's lip plumper. Jane Cosmetics makes a great inexpensive one as well.What is the actual ingredient in a ';lip plumper';? Do they actually work?
Sally Hansen has a great one for around $7 and Glamour magazine even rated it this month as one of the best. As for what is in it, I'm not sure....sorry!
Rimmell is terrific and really does work! Bee pollen is the main ingredient, so if you allergic to bee pollen dont use, if not pkump up those lips!
